In November I read The 10X Rule by Grant Cardone, it came highly recommended by TEB. I did indeed like it!
In order to get to the next level of whatever you’re doing, you must think and act in a wildly different way that you previously have been. You cannot get to the next phase of a project without a grander mind-set, more acceleration, and extra horsepower. Your thoughts and actions are the reasons you are where you are right now.
The goals you set should always move you to a better place-or toward and objective you’ve not yet achieved.
TEB and I have been going on weekly dates for years now. It’s something that we prioritize above almost everything else! Oh, and if you’re new here, TEB is my hubs. His name is actually Timothy Edward Bridgeman, TEB for short.
We were on our way to our lunch date this week, and we were talking about why we do this every week and we thought it would be fun to put into a post for you, so that’s what we did!
This was the most fun gift guide to create! All of the items on here I own with the exception of 3 that are going on my list this year!
Pro tip: throughout the year if I see something I want but don’t want to buy for myself or someone else immediately, I add it to the notes section of my iPhone to refer back to later.

I also believe in making yourself your number one priority, because if you don’t show up for yourself, you can’t show up for others. Nourishing and caring for your body is the key act of self love. So, do things that make you feel amazing, don’t get all caught up in the small stuff. Make a conscious effort do be better and do better every day. It’s about progress, not perfection.
