Blender brownies

Every chocoholic needs a no-fail healthier brownie recipe! This recipe was created because I had tried so many and they were either too this or too that, and honestly weren’t quite up to my standards.

These are perfect IMO. You better believe they are every chocolate lovers dream. They have been tested multiple times and are amazing. So, have at it sister! I’m gonna give it to you straight… Thanksgiving is 3 weeks away, and you’ve still got plenty of time to prepare and pull this off if you are hosting! It’s actually my fav holiday of all. It’s like time slows down and everyone can enjoy each others company. But we all know,  the holidays can be a mixed bag: incredibly joyous—spending time with friends and family, eating delicious food, taking a bit of well-deserved time off—but it can also be stressful.

Smoothie Obsessed

One of my favorite daily rituals: my breakfast smoothie.

It always has tons of dark leafy greens (spinach or kale). Did you know that dark leafy greens like spinach and kale are the most nutrient dense+energizing+detoxifying foods you can eat?! I try to fit in extra veggies everywhere!

Self care, where to start

It seems that “self-care” is all the talk. To me, it’s not just about a fresh mani (but, you feel like you can conquer the world when you’ve got one, am I right?!) or spending money on fancy things. Yes, we all love those things, and I will never give up my once a month facials. Never.  But, it’s about loving yourself enough to make time and put forth effort to improving your mental and physical self, and making choices and habits that will stick with you long-term. And that might mean doing absolutely nothing sometimes. Yep, I said it, doing nothing.
