Absolutely loving my new Bible. A few months ago I started a search for a new Bible which consisted of me reading a few options parallel on my iPad for a little while. The two that I had narrowed it down to was the NLT and the CSB. I was used to reading an ESV version and honestly I was looking for something that flowed a bit easier. I ended up going with the She Read Truth Bible which is a CSB version. Wow, it’s gorgeous to say the least and I am loving all of the resources and how they explain everything for each book of the Bible before entering that book.
Favs: January 2020
Ok, I took it up a notch this month and knocked out 3 books by 01/23. They were all different and I loved all of them!
The Automatic Millionaire
Everyone needs to read this book. I read it in 2 days and could not put it down. Tim read it right after me and he was the same way! If you are addicted to saving or want to save, this book will give you the exact tools and practice ways to make it happen!
Have More Fun
This was a super fun book and so different to what I am typically reading! It was a good one to start the year off with! Also read this one in two days. It’s a light read.
Women of the Word
Whoa. To say I needed this book is a big understatement. I NEEDED IT. It taught me how to approach time in the Word. Which is still a work in progress. This year I want to better know and study God’s word that way I can understand, retain, apply it!
Favs: Nov + Dec 2019
In November I read The 10X Rule by Grant Cardone, it came highly recommended by TEB. I did indeed like it!
In order to get to the next level of whatever you’re doing, you must think and act in a wildly different way that you previously have been. You cannot get to the next phase of a project without a grander mind-set, more acceleration, and extra horsepower. Your thoughts and actions are the reasons you are where you are right now.
The goals you set should always move you to a better place-or toward and objective you’ve not yet achieved.
Gift Guide: for the pups
These are all items that we have and use with Scout with the exception of the collars and leash! Those are for sure going on his list this year!
Gift Guide: for him
This gift guide contains items that are all TEB approved! 5 and 6 are going on his list this year, and everything else are favs of his!
Gift Guide: for her
This was the most fun gift guide to create! All of the items on here I own with the exception of 3 that are going on my list this year!
Pro tip: throughout the year if I see something I want but don’t want to buy for myself or someone else immediately, I add it to the notes section of my iPhone to refer back to later.
Gift Guide: Stocking stuffers
It’s no secret that stocking stuffers are my fav! They can be so fun! Unfortunately, a lot of people buy crap gifts to stick in stockings at the last minute! Here are a few items that will for sure get you a win!
P.S. there are few discount codes below too!
Favs: October 2019
This book came highly recommended by several friends! It was a good one! Took lots of notes!
The Life Coach School is one of my all time fav podcasts, and I’ve shared fav episodes on here before. This one is titled Success Fun. Sometimes we forget that life is to be fun, and that we are supposed to actually enjoy what we do! Click HERE to listen or download for later.
Favs: September 2019
Well, in September, I may have read one of my top 5 favorite books. The Magic of Thinking Big spoke my language. If you are in the market of growing, changing, evolving, leading a team, selling a product, this book is for you.
Favs: August 2019
Around here, we always have a book on rotation. TEB and I typically read a lot of the same books, which is nice because, we are on the same page with growth and bringing value to others. Most recently, we both read The Law of Attraction. It’s the science of attracting more of what you want, and less of what you don’t! It really makes you think differently which attracts the things you want in life!
