1. coterie diapers—literally will never be over how soft these are. They absorb so well too!

2. coterie wipes— they are huge, and work so well!

we loveeee the coterie subscription, everything comes right to your house when you need it!

3. roe wellness probiotic power serum and barrier biome cream. Extremely hydrating and protects the skins natural microbiome

4. Esembly rash relief cream— we haven’t had any crazy rashes thankfully, but if we have the occasional irritation this stuff is gold!

5. EllaOla— this is our everyday wash, lotion, oil and face cream, it’s superior and works so well! Forgot to add to the video but their oatmeal baths are bomb too! We do those 1x a week!

6. active skin repair— love having this on hand for random skin irritation, cuts, etc! Works naturally w your body!

7. Esembly outers— there have saved us so many times from a big blow out mess— we wear these on top of coterie :)

Have you tried any of these?!
Parasites— we all have them. their main goals Parasites—

we all have them. their main goals is to live undetected in your body— they unusually aren’t obvious.

there’s a big misconception that you can only get parasites if you live or travel to a third world country, and that’s simply not true. They are everywhere, and we all have them.

The question become— are you experiencing symptoms?!

They can cause tons of issues such as:

restless sleep
weight gain
skin issues like acne, rashes, or irritation
diarrhea and/or constipation
nausea
SIBO
bloated/gassy
anal itch
chronic fatigue
insomnia
grinding teeth
anxiety
depression
irritability
night sweats
anemia
muscle and joint pain
increasing symptoms around the full moon

HOW:
contaminated water
pets
walking outside barefoot (keep doing this tho. It’s so good for you)
meat
produce: veggies and fruits

in my practice I do not like stool tests for this— they are grossly inadequate at finishing parasitic infections. Your parasites might not have shed any eggs in the small stool sample you collected. The stool examiner in the lab scoop up an egg?! Another thing— they can hide in different places in the body, not just our intestines. They can also hide under biofilms which is a protective shield the body creates.

Personally, I prefer blood testing and symptom analysis. These two things haven’t failed me yet.

with all of that said— there is a lot of work to be done BEFORE you even think about getting rid of parasites! I would not recommend doing it on your own, it will make you feel pretty bad! Highly recommend working with a practitioner like myself of someone you resonate with! What questions do you have about parasites?! Drop them below!
pull this list out when you’ve had a particularl pull this list out when you’ve had a particularly stressful season and you’re starting to feel it. Ideally, before 😃🚨

personally, I’ve had a few stressful events over the last several weeks and these things always do the trick for me.

Consistency is key, and you don’t have to do them all— pick a few you can stick with!

a sign that my nervous system needed some love:

sleep became disturbed with frequent wakeups and my appetite is non-existent— neither of which are normal for me.

Stress is a killer so we’ve gotta nip that quick🤍

Hope this helps you too!

Today we have a 4m old and to be completely honest Today we have a 4m old and to be completely honest— they’ve been the sweetest, hardest, most joyful months of my life.

I wasn’t one of those people who was in a hurry to be a mom. In fact— I kept putting one-day off.

Everything in life is better because of this boy.

One thing I’ve learned is that the Lord will graciously prepare and equip you to lead, guide, steward, and shepard your child and for the daily journey of parenthood.

so very thankful 🤍

as I ease back into my work tomorrow I’ve never as I ease back into my work tomorrow I’ve never felt more convinced that time and health are the two greatest assets.

I’ve been anticipating how motherhood would impact me as a business owner, before he was here even. All I can think about now is how I GET TO have both.

The Lord divinely chose ME to be Harvey’s mom AND help women optimize their health, simultaneously!

And while this new season may be difficult and challenging it’s also rewarding, exciting, and such a gift.

I know the work I do is powerful, important and so needed. I’m excited to get back at it tomorrow!

And one truth still remains— we have never arrived, we are in a constant state of becoming. 🤍

Cheers to this new season🎉😍🤩🤍
