BARBACOA NACHOS go ahead an save this one for lat

BARBACOA NACHOS

go ahead an save this one for later⤴️

Layer:

✔️tortilla chips (we used @sietefoods )
✔️barbacoa
✔️lettuce
✔️tomatoes
✔️onions
✔️jalapeños
✔️avocado
✔️sour cream or yogurt (we used @culinayogurt dairy free)

Okkk, for the barbacoa:

1) get a 2lb chuck roast or sirloin tip roast

2) cut it into 2-4 big pieces

3) rub down with avo oil, and taco spices: cumin, garlic, sea salt, paprika, chili, black pepper

4) place in a cast iron skillet on medium heat and brown each side for about 3 min

5) remove + put in the crock pot with 4 minced garlic cloves, 1/4 c Apple cider vinegar + juice from one lemon or lime.

6) cook on high for 5-6 hours or until is shreds easily with a fork

7) when it’s done, remove and shred with a fork!

All in all, this is a quick meal— once you get the meat going, set it and forget it! 👏🏽
