How are you doing?! Hopefully you are able to get outside and soak up extra time with your family, or even tackle that project you have been putting off! Over here, things are semi-normal, I am able to still see all of my clients because I work 100% virtual. I am very thankful to be able to show up and serve them. TEB is working from home some. I am so happy you’ve stopped by!

I am here to fill your soul with some good vibes, health+wellness, damn good recipes, (duh, I got you girl, no one’s got time for a bad recipe) some safe beauty talk, inspiration, and all things beautiful. It’s likely you might not agree with some of the things I talk about, like, or discuss, and that is quite alright. We are allowed to have different opinions/views/beliefs and still respect each other. Remember, good vibes only.

I am a true believer that simple is beautiful and (healthy) chocolate cures a lot of things. I also believe in making yourself your number one priority, because if you don’t show up for yourself, you can’t show up for others. Nourishing and caring for your body is the key act of self love. So, do things that make you feel amazing, don’t get all caught up in the small stuff. Make a conscious effort do be better and do better every day. It’s about progress, not perfection.
