Still having a hate relationship with my Instant Pot because it’s not making things so instant. Most things I try end up needing more time. So, there’s that. Gonna give it another go next week.

I am a true believer that simple is beautiful and (healthy) chocolate cures a lot of things. I also believe in making yourself your number one priority, because if you don’t show up for yourself, you can’t show up for others. Nourishing and caring for your body is the key act of self love. So, do things that make you feel amazing, don’t get all caught up in the small stuff. Make a conscious effort to be better and do better every day. It’s about progress, not perfection.
