These fudgy brownies were a huge hit a few weeks ago when I made them. Lemme just tell you…they are so dang good, and in my opinion so much better than my blender brownies! I do love the blender brownies when we need to use up some bananas though!

Adaptogen brownies

Super fudgy + dense!
Ingredients
1 tbsp melted coconut oil or ghee
2 eggs
2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
2 tbsp water
1 c nut butter
1/4 c monk fruit sweetener or coconut sugar
1/3 c cacao powder
1/2 tbsp reishi powder
1/2 tbsp cordyceps powder
1 tbsp coconut flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
pinch of pink salt
1/3 c dairy free chocolate chips (Hu is one of my favs)
1–2 tbsp collagen peptides
Instructions
Mix everything together, bake in an 8×8 pan at 350 for 20-25 min.
