What we’re eating: February 8-14

We are back with the what we’re eating series after lots of recent travel! Sometimes getting back in the groove after travel can be tough. Luckily with a plan, you can tackle almost anything!

Honestly, so glad to be home the rest of the month and back in routine!

 

The plan this week:

Saturday

Pizza night! We haven’t had this in a while! We use the Simple Mills crust with Rao’s sauce and lots of veggies, no cheese for us.

Sunday 

Egg roll in a bowl with ground turkey, we use coconut aminos instead of soy sauce.

Monday

Spaghetti with lentil pasta, ground turkey and rao’s

Tuesday

Burger bowls: roasted sweet potatoes, ground turkey, lettuce, tomatoes, onion, pickles, avocado drizzled with ketchup and mustard

Wednesday

Leftover spaghetti

Thursday

Leftover egg roll in a bowl

Friday

Leftover burger bowls

 

Still using grocery pickup and still loving it. I won’t ever stop talking about it! I truly believe that you should delegate and be spending your time on what you’re best at. For us, this means grocery delivery so I can spend my time with my clients or creating content for you guys!

Favs: January 2020

Ok, I took it up a notch this month and knocked out 3 books by 01/23. They were all different and I loved all of them!

The Automatic Millionaire

Everyone needs to read this book. I read it in 2 days and could not put it down. Tim read it right after me and he was the same way! If you are addicted to saving or want to save, this book will give you the exact tools and practice ways to make it happen! 

Have More Fun

This was a super fun book and so different to what I am typically reading! It was a good one to start the year off with! Also read this one in two days. It’s a light read.

Women of the Word

Whoa. To say I needed this book is a big understatement. I NEEDED IT. It taught me how to approach time in the Word. Which is still a work in progress. This year I want to better know and study God’s word that way I can understand, retain, apply it!
