What we’re eating: January 18-21

It’s a short and sweet week over here and it’s officially my birthday week. We are headed out of town to celebrate in sunny South Florida! One of our very favorite places to escape to! This week it’s all about quick and easy because I will be wrapping some client sessions up and packing will be of upmost importance!

 

The plan this week:

Saturday

Burger bowls: roasted sweet potatoes, ground turkey, lettuce, tomatoes, onion, pickles, avocado drizzled with ketchup and mustard

Sunday 

Salads: chicken, spring mix, apples, raisins, pecans with tessemaes honey poppyseed dressing

Monday

Veggie bowl: quinoa, zucchini, carrots, chickpeas

Tuesday

Leftover salads
