What we’re eating: November 16-22

Fall is in full swing over here! With a new season comes new recipes and foods! There are different things in season, and we start to crave different foods! Pretty cool to think about!

The plan this week…


Taco Bowls: cauli rice, black beans, roasted sweet potatoes topped with avocado, salsa, tomatoes, and onion


Roasted cauliflower and chickpea salad with homemade honey mustard vinaigrette. I will top the salad with avocado and cucumbers.


Zucchini noodles sautéed with spinach, onions, and peppers. I will toss it in tuscan herb olive oil


Leftover taco bowls


Salads again


Zucchini noodles, will mix in the same veggies with Rao’s pasta sauce this time


Clean out the refrigerator!
