Happy Friday, and happy fall! Wow, can’t even really believe fall is already here! Bring on the cooler weather, football season, and yummy fall food! Here in Kentucky, we experience 90 degree weather usually until mid-October!

Spaghetti: we will use red lentil rotini, ground turkey, and rao’s marinara
Tacos: ground turkey, siete tortillas, guacamole, tomatoes, and onion
Chicken with sautéed balsamic veggies
Berry salad: chicken, spring mix, avocado, red onion, go raw pumpkin seeds, strawberries, blueberries, mixed with balsamic vinegar

Pro tip, planning: when you are planning out your dinners for the week, get a small notebook to dedicate to this! On the front side of the paper make your grocery list, on the back side, list out the days of the week you will be making dinner and what you will eat! Having this notebook dedicated just to your grocery list and dinners allows you to go back and get ideas when you need them!
