READING

Thought I would switch things up a bit for this category instead of a book this time! I receive email updates from the Environmental Working Group. They keep me up to date on recent studies and products as they relate to our health and environment. The Environmental Working Group’s mission is to empower people to live halthier lives in a healthier environment. LISTENING

ICYMI: I recently did a podcast interview with Allie Reaves titled A Holistic approach to Success! You can listen to it here! In my opinion, every single woman should listen!

@just.ingredients has an awesome page where she compares ingredients of similar items. I really like it because she compares a wide range of products from food to beauty items to bug sprays, etc.

STYLE

Last month I was raving about my ABLE shorts which I absolutely love. But, let me tell you about my Lululemon shorts that I wear more than anything in the spring/summer. These shorts were designed with athletic quads in mind. *insert praise hands* For real though, I’ve been wearing these for YEARS, and they are the only athletic shorts I will buy. I can’t even count how many I have. Check them out here!

Y’all are all loving my sunglasses too! Here they are! I’ve had them for several years, I am really bad about wearing the same pair all of the time. Working on it.

After searching for a safer replacement for my fav nail polish, OPI Funny Bunny, I have found it! Meet Aila Mackenna! They have lots of other pretty colors you can check out here! BONUS: Use code, SARAHB to save 15% off!

If you like to paint your nails at home, check out my DIY mani here! It’s my tried and true method and my manicures last 6-7 days!

KITCHEN

I love a good refreshing beverage in the summer. I made this yummy lemonade recipe earlier this spring, but lately I’ve been siping on Rishi blueberry hibiscus and peppermint tea, ICED. I will brew water in our electric kettle, steep the tea for 5 min, then let cool. I typically do this in the morning so I can enjoy my drink later in the day! I use one bag of the blueberry and one bag of the peppermint together. It’s super refreshing.
