READING

Think and Grow Rich, this is an old school personal development book. It was really good and brought a different way of thinking. I knock out a book per month, and this one didn’t disappoint.

Currently reading Anxious for Nothing and dang, it’s good and just what I needed right now! This one will be ongoing for a few months since it’s the book we are currently reading for my bible study group!

LISTENING

Loved these two episodes I recently listened to. They bring light to vaccines and cannabis.

Vaccine Hesitancy & The Global Health Threat with Samantha Lynn

The Cannabis Discussion with Dr. Jess.

You already know that Ed Mylett is a long time fav. You basically need to hear everything he says, so I will continue sharing! The two episodes below he interviews two very successful people.

Unlock Your Mind with Dr. Joe Dispenza

The Success Formula with Jesse Itzler

FOLLOWING

Jenn Boughey aka @uncommongrit. Y’all Jenn has been bringing all the truth and value in her stories lately. No, I don’t have children yet, but when we do, I want to be the kind of mother she is. Seriously, not kidding. She teaches her (adorable) children leadership, affirmations, how to handle situations, the culture and values of their home, and all the things. Wow. Follow her here.

SKINCARE

Loving these razors for at home dermaplaning! Recently, my esthetician, Heather Hazel did a tutorial for a group of ladies and showed everyone how to do this at home! We did a IGTV video over on my instagram explaining the whole process! Check it out here. Get the razors here!

Sunscreen Safety

If you watch the news at all (guilty, I don’t) you may have seen there is a lot going on with sunscreen right now! So, let’s talk sunscreen safety!

First, there are different types of sunscreen…

Chemical Sunscreens are technically sun filters. The vast majority of sunscreens on the market contain chemical sunscreen ingredients like avobenzone, oxybenzone or octocrylene. They’re called sun filters because they absorb the sun’s UV energy and release it back into the air as heat. They are popular because they provide easy, transparent blendability into the skin. They have been linked to skin irritation and other health issues.
