The one cookie recipe you want…

The moment TEB said these were the best chocolate cookies he’d ever had, I knew this recipe was a winner. After testing several times, I certainly have to agree!

They are made with simple ingredients, and fool proof. Plus, who doesn’t need another chocolate recipe on hand?! They are grain free, dairy free, basically all the things free and such a nice treat!

Enjoy!

Double chocolate cookies

Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 14 minutes
Total Time 24 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c almond flour
  • 2 tbsp flax meal
  • 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 1/4 c dairy free chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • pinch of salt
  • 3 tbsp almond butter or any nut butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1-2 tbsp nut milk

Instructions

P.S. 16 min is my sweet spot–a little crunchy, but still soft!

First, there are different types of sunscreen…

Chemical Sunscreens are technically sun filters. The vast majority of sunscreens on the market contain chemical sunscreen ingredients like avobenzone, oxybenzone or octocrylene. They’re called sun filters because they absorb the sun’s UV energy and release it back into the air as heat. They are popular because they provide easy, transparent blendability into the skin.
